From a young age, Jake was passionate about drawing, spending most of his time sketching at school. This interest in art led Jake to go on and study fine art at college in the UK, during which time he also began working part time at his local tattoo shop.

After graduating in 2015, Jake began his tattoo apprenticeship full time. Since then, he has worked in various renowned studios and conventions across both the UK and Australia, leading him to join the team at Lighthouse Tattoo in 2024.

Specialising in black and grey realism, Jake creates tattoos of all sizes and is open to a wide range of subject matter. He has a strong preference for large-scale designs with a dark, eerie aesthetic, ensuring each piece flows seamlessly with the natural contours of the body.
